Reward your supply chain partners when they improve their performance and save you money. In this Module, e4score Members will be able to create and manage their own GainShare Incentive Program. When they do so, they become a Program Sponsor and commit to rewarding a Participating Partner for performance that exceeds the target thresholds specified by the Sponsor in their Program. For example, a Shipper that wants to reduce the Power Dwell Time at a Customer's receiving location might offer that Customer a reward equal to half of the carrier detention accessorial. This reward is paid to the Customer only when the Location succeeds in reducing the actual dwell time below the target set by the Shipper.

A few examples of GainShare Incentives are:

• On-Time Performance by Customer Location - Reward carriers for % OT above target.
• Power Dwell Time by Customer Location - Reward ship locations for average power dwell times less than target.
• Trailer Dwell Time by Drop Location - Reward shipper for average trailer turns higher than target.
• Appointment Making Accuracy - Reward carriers for NOT having to change an appointment.
