In the Performance Improvement module, Members will be able to bench-mark their performance or the performance of their Partners against selected (but unidentified) peers to identify opportunities for improvement. Members can then collaborate to solve common problems via a Community Forum and Shared Learnings Database. Shippers can also search the Carrier Profile Database to identify carriers with the capabilities to meet the Shipper's needs. Similarly, Members may search the Ship Location Database to identify locations appropriate for back-haul or continuous move opportunities.
